Access to and use of racina.wine are regulated by these General Terms and Conditions. Users who use the services offered by racina.wine declare that they know and accept these General Conditions. Changes and updates to the General Contract Conditions will be notified to users and made binding by publication on the website in this section.

The site is aimed exclusively at users who have reached the age of 18. Registration on the site is optional and prohibited for minors under the age of 18. Upon registration, the user guarantees that he is of age and undertakes to provide updated, truthful and correct information, as well as to communicate any changes to his data. The user is also required to inform the Owner of any unauthorized use of their credentials. If the Owner detects violations in the use of an account, the same may at its sole discretion inhibit access or permanently delete the information contained therein.
 

The Owner cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature that may derive from the use of the site. Furthermore, the Owner will not be liable for damages that prevent or delay the services offered if due to causes beyond his control, such as problems encountered by telecommunications service providers and/or site hosting. The Data Controller undertakes to publish truthful, accurate and up-to-date content and information on its website.
 

Prices

All sales prices shown on the site include VAT and do not include duties, taxes or commissions due in the country of destination if different from Italy. It is understood that these costs are borne by the purchaser who is responsible for verifying the amount with the competent customs authorities. The published prices are subject to possible changes without notice.
 

Purchase procedure

Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products published on the site. The conclusion of the purchase contract takes place upon confirmation of the order. The Owner reserves the right not to confirm a purchase order by communicating the unavailability of one or more products within 15 days. In this case, the Owner will immediately refund the purchase price and the shipping costs incurred by the user.
 

Coupons and other purchase incentives

Racina.wine may occasionally use tools such as discount coupons and coupons as an incentive to purchase. Unless otherwise specified, from time to time expressed in the respective offer communications, these coupons and discount vouchers will be valid for no more than 180 days.
 

Delivery

Upon receipt of the products, the user must check that they comply with the order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged and that there are no liquid leaks. In the event of errors or damage to the packaging, the user will have the right not to collect the products by communicating the reasons to the courier and communicating with the Owner by e-mail at info@racina.wine illustrating the problem and communicating the number of order. Once the delivery document has been signed, the user will no longer be able to make claims regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered. We therefore recommend the utmost care; in the inspection of the package upon delivery.
 

Right of withdrawal

Purchases made on the racina.wine site are subject to the regulatory framework of the right of withdrawal; pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact the Data Controller by e-mail at the e-mail address info@racina.wine within 14 days of receiving the products, communicating his intention to exercise this right and indicating the number of the order (which can be viewed in the order confirmation email), the products for which withdrawal is requested and the bank details necessary to obtain a refund. Once confirmation has been received from the Owner, the user will have 14 days to send, at his own expense, to:
