Macerated wine, dedicated to perfumes and flowers, to those of our land in particular, to those that surround us during the days in the vineyard.We tried to enclose them in a glass by macerating the Inzolia (together with a small percentage of other white berried grapes) for 100 days.The result is a powerful, oxidative-style wine, an orange wine comparable to a red wine in terms of body and structure, an austere wine, for special occasions and important foods.
