The grapes of a historic mixed vineyard (located in the Municipality of Campo Calabro) go through two separate vinifications (carbonic and traditional).We wanted to add the fruit of carbonic maceration to the structure of traditional maceration and use only free-run must for an elegant, flowing wine that differs slightly from the olfactory scents in the mouth and surprises for its extreme drinkability.
