Balanced orange wine, with good body, medium acidity, subtle dry/aromatic balance (enriched by the Zibibbo bouquet).The white grapes come from vineyards and therefore from different exposures and altitudes. Remaining on the skins for 9 days with frequent punching down, racking at the beginning of winter and lees batonnage for 10 weeks.A material wine, to eat, son of Magna Graecia and our chaos.
