How to ennoble the annoying buzzing of a fly?
The Zibibbo (Moscato d'Alessandria), grown on the sloping terraces of the Costa Viola, is crushed and destemmed and macerated for 7 months on the skins.
This wine is the maximum expression of local viticulture (and of our work in the cellar), it is a dive into the Strait of Messina from which you emerge salty, very fresh and bewildered by the scents, colors and flavors of the Costa Viola.
A savory, acidic and bitter wine, regenerating, to cool the body, soul and senses.
